We have spaces available in our programs for children between the ages of three through five. Your child will learn skills needed to be successful learners through a combination of a preschool curriculum and play based learning. We bring the best of both worlds to your child. Our teachers are always assessing the skills of the students and planning engaging activities to scaffold learning and challenge the children while also making learning fun. SUMMER FUN REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! June 3- July 26, 2013 7:00- 5:30 pm FULL DAY or 8:30-11:30 am (half day only) We are please to announce the return of our summer preschool program at Marie Schaefer School. The preschool program will operate one tuition based mixed age group classroom and will contain both half and full day students. Five, three, or two day options available. No hot lunch is available during the summer. Students must bring their lunch daily. Fees are the same as current school year (see tuition preschool section) Check out our fun summer themes:

PRESCHOOL SCREENINGS May 10, 2013 8:30-2:30 PM Developmental Preschool screenings are available for any child between the ages of three through five (not kindergarten age). The preschool screening consists of hearing, vision, motor, concepts, and language skills. Screenings provide a baseline of data for determining a child's developmental level as well as determining if additional services and/ or programs are needed. All preschool screenings are free of charge. Please call the preschool office or email Gina Chorma, Director of Early Learning to make your appointment today.

TUITION PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS Tuition Preschool CLasses are open to any child between the ages three through five within the O'Fallon community. Preschool classes are designed to provide a strong foundation of learning for our youngest students prior to entering kindergarten. Studies indicate that children who participate in high quality early childhood development programs tend to have higher scores on math and reading achievement tests, greater language abilities, less grade retention, higher levels of school attainment, and less need for special education and other remedial work.
